The old city: Deira and Bur Dubai

The story of how difficulties led them to progress at an incredible pace and pursue their vision is inspiring to anyone.
The old Dubai is the historical part of the city, where it all started. Dubai was divided into two parts: Bur Dubai and Deira, situated on each side of the Creek. A walking tour will take you back to the time when Dubai was a small village living on fishing and pearling. Discover the heritage village, museums, souks as well as Emirati food and cross the Creek on a traditional Abra. This place is authentic, warm and multicultural.
